Work Experience: 0-1 year
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DM in Pediatrics) or equivalent.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
- Strong foundational knowledge of pediatric diseases, growth and development, and preventive medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic medical documentation tools.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced clinical environment and adapt to evolving patient needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team under supervision.
