- Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly.
- Avoid material shortages or excess stock.

- Maintain purchase records, quotations, contracts, and supplier documents.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

- Track supplier delivery schedules.
- Ensure on-time material delivery to meet production deadlines.

- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure materials meet required standards.
