We are seeking
a detail-oriented and experienced F&A; Trainer to join our Finance team. As
a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the financial and accounting skills of Associates. You will create,
update, and present training materials, ensuring they meet industry standards
and cater to the learning needs at various levels.
What to expect in your journey
- Design and deliver training programs specializing in Finance & Accounting
- Conduct TNA and facilitate sessions for current recruits on modules like P2P, O2C, GL/Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare, develop, and schedule training batches to ensure continual up skilling of staff
- Create redeployment reports for trainees who are
unable to continue as a part of the training due to certain reason
- Collect and compile batch feedback from Operations
- To ensure
all information pertaining to client (inclusive of
Training information but not exhaustive) is used, accessed or
disseminated as per the defined guidelines and for business purposes only
- Generate Training quality scores and prepare and maintain reports pertaining to training
- Liaise with the Quality team/Operations to identify main pain areas and address those through customized training
sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years of experience as a Trainer in a global organization
