About the Position:

We are looking for a Tuner Engineer.

This position is based at our office in Bangalore.

Your Responsibilities will be:
- Design and implement AM/FM/DAB/DAB++ Framework & HAL for Android Automotive.
- Develop C/C++/Java code to interface with radio hardware.




- Implement audio data streaming between HAL and Android framework.
- Collaborate with engineers on Android Automotive audio stack.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of the Tuner functionality.
- Analyze and interpret radio diagnostic data.
- Stay current with advancements in Android Automotive audio and radio hardware.
- Contribute to documentation and maintenance of Tuner code.

What Qualifications you will bring:

- Proven expertise in C/C++/Java programming with a focus on system-level programming and memory management.
- Strong understanding of Android HAL architecture and its interaction with the Android framework.
- Solid knowledge of AM/FM radio technology, including modulation techniques, tuner architectures, and signal processing fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of DAB and DAB+ modulation techniques, protocols, and associated standards (e.g., ETSI EN 300 402, EN 50417).
