Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Medical Billing team at a leading KPO in Kolkata. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between international clients and our medical billing operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely resolution of billing inquiries. The position demands strong communication skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment. As a vital part of our customer service ecosystem, you will contribute to maintaining high client satisfaction and operational excellence in a quick-paced, global-facing setting.

Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries related to medical billing with accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure strict adherence to medical billing regulations and compliance standards
- Maintain and update customer records in internal systems with precision and consistency
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Meet defined quality, productivity,



and process compliance targets on a regular basis

Requirements
- Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a process-driven, deadline-oriented environment
- Must be currently residing in Kolkata
- Availability to work during day shifts with fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays

Note: Only candidates currently residing in Kolkata will be considered for this role.
