Experience: 18–20+ Years (Minimum 5 years in a leadership role)
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) – Mandatory (Master's preferred). COA registration required.

Job Summary

The General Manager – Design & Development will lead the architectural design function across multiple real estate projects, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant designs from concept through execution. The role involves managing consultants, coordinating with project teams, driving value engineering, and ensuring timely delivery of design approvals and GFC drawings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design and development across projects.
- Review concept,



schematic, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, DCPR, fire, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization.
- Ensure timely issuance of GFC drawings and support project execution.
- Manage design approvals with local authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the architecture team.
- Monitor design quality, timelines, and project deliverables.
