Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial electrical systems and B2B sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about field sales, enjoys extensive travel, and has established connections within heavy industries such as steel, cement, paper, and manufacturing. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and relationship management skills to effectively promote and sell Power Quality Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement
- Travel extensively to meet clients, consultants, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers across steel, cement, paper, and electrical consulting sectors.

2. Sales and Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Power Quality and Electrical Solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.

Technical Knowledge & Application
- Leverage strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (UPS, Solar Inverters, APFC, Drives, Power Factor Solutions).
- Communicate complex technical benefits in a clear, customer-oriented manner.

4. Network Building
- Utilize and expand existing professional networks among consultants, distributors, and OEMs.
- Identify and onboard reliable channel partners and distributors to strengthen regional presence.

5. Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Lead the regional sales and business development activities including:
- Customer visits and lead generation
- Offer submission and techno-commercial discussions
- Order closing, execution follow-up, and project coordination
- Drive business expansion by exploring new market opportunities and partnerships.
