Job Description
The Assistant/Deputy Manager – Learning & Development will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing impactful learning initiatives across the organization. This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of learning programs across organizational verticals.
- Design and create engaging content for various training initiatives.
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with business units to identify skill gaps.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Maintain comprehensive training records and generate regular reports on learning metrics.
- Coordinate with external training partners to ensure the seamless execution of planned programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Organize learning events and initiatives that foster employee growth and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Experience: 4–7 years in Learning & Development or corporate training roles.
- Technical Expertise:
o Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
o Proficiency in creating training content using various authoring tools.
o Familiarity with e-learning methodologies and tools.
o Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Certifications: Certifications in Learning & Development or related fields are an added advantage.
