Endpoint Clinical is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the HRBP, will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance across the business. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, this position will consult with employees of all levels, coaching and guiding managers and employees across a spectrum of talent, employee relations and engagement, total rewards, and organizational design.



This individual will have experience influencing leaders in a rapid paced, high-tech environment, and have the interpersonal savvy required to drive human resource strategies in a complex global workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Engage and influence management to support and implement HR initiatives across APAC, including, but not limited to global workforce in and across the US, India, EMEA and emerging markets globally
- Quick to establish deep, trusting relationships and quickly become the go-to person for all things People
- Swift to respond to questions, thoughtful and quick to resolve the thorniest of people challenges
- Build the business partner relationship with management and staff to understand the business, goals, and challenges; and identify and/or help to address systemic issues
- Collaborates with assigned client groups to support initiatives by understanding the organization's objectives, issues, needs, and key
