Role
and Responsibilities

To support Business Development activities through
the management and production of proposals for recent and existing customers
within agreed timelines and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate, produce and submit all proposal (RFI,
RFQ, ITT, RFP, etc.) responses

2. Delivery of compliant, professionally produced
proposals within customer-defined timeframes.

3. Responsible for scheduling and running proposal
kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review
meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign-off,
document production, and delivery of the completed proposal.

4. Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a
variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from technical,
finance, and delivery.

5. Communicate and influence at a senior level.

6. Take sole responsibility for quality of RFIs, RFPs,




proposals etc.

7. Lead a team and guide them in creating winning
proposals

General

1. Maintaining total and higher
levels of confidentiality

2. Updating all the issues to the RA
from time to time.

3. Interaction with Consultants and
Project Managers.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
in engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is
preferred.

• Minimum of 10-15
years of experience in business development and proposals within the railway,
metro, or infrastructure consulting sectors.

• Proven track
record of winning large-scale consulting projects.

• Understanding of
railway operations, metro systems, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent
leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
