Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and research potential clients and markets for growth opportunities.
- Generate recent leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals that are mutually beneficial.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and support growth initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (4+ years preferred in recruitment industry).
- Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales pipeline management tools.
