Position Overview
The Process Executive – Non Voice will be responsible for supporting operational activities related to financial processes, particularly in the areas of loan servicing, lending operations, and commercial banking support. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage data-driven tasks efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, handle complex information, and contribute to maintaining operational accuracy and quality standards while collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process Operations
- Execute non-voice back-office processes related to loan servicing, lending operations, and financial transactions.
- Review and process financial data, documentation, and transaction records with high accuracy.
- Ensure all operational procedures and compliance standards are strictly followed.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for processed transactions and outputs.
- Identify discrepancies, process gaps, and operational risks and escalate them appropriately.
Quality & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor team performance and ensure quality benchmarks and operational efficiency are maintained.
- Conduct regular quality checks on processed transactions and documentation.
- Support training initiatives and contribute to the development of process knowledge within the team.
- Assist in improving operational processes and workflow efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams such as loan officers, operations teams, and treasury management teams.
