Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of sales processes and ensure smooth revenue operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling the Sales team by managing deal operations, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting Salesforce administration. Working closely with the Revenue Operations Manager and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Engineering, the ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in order processing, streamline workflows,



and contribute to month-end and quarter-end close activities. This position requires robust analytical thinking, process discipline, and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day sales operations processes including:
- Creating and managing order forms
- Routing orders for approvals
- Creating and updating opportunities (renewals, auto expansions)
- Processing opportunity bookings
- Maintaining contract records
- Creating sales demo environments
- Performing account close activities

Provide Salesforce administration support, including:
- User management
- Data maintenance
- Building and maintaining Salesforce Flows
- Assisting with routine system updates

Maintain CRM data hygiene in Salesforce, including:
- Deduplication
- Removal of spam records
- Proper accoun
