We are building an Amazon-like e-commerce platform of rentable products for 200M urban Indians. We believe experience is more valuable than ownership and that accessibility shouldn’t depend on one’s affordability.
As a Customer Experience Lead at SharePal, you will be responsible for ensuring a outstanding experience to the customer across their entire journey.
The primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing a team of customer support executives and keep them motivated.
- Maintain good customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
- Acting as a single point of contact for customers to resolve any order related issues by coordinating with internal sales and operations teams.
- Take inbound customer leads and help them with our offerings.
- Build good rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
- Helping customers in their end-to-end order journey with us.
- Be the voice of the customers by having an in-depth understanding of their likes and dislikes and helping the company bring desired changes.

Education :
Any Graduate
Experience :
1-3 years in customer experience or relationship manager role
