ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Project Coordinator who doesn't just manage tasks — they amplify team output using modern AI tools. You will sit at the intersection of people, process, and technology, working closely with product, engineering, and leadership to keep initiatives on track. A key differentiator for this role: you are already proficient with Claude AI and can demonstrate how you use it to draft communications, synthesize research, automate documentation, and unblock teams faster.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Coordinate end-to-end project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams

— Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, and status dashboards with consistent accuracy

— Use Claude AI to draft meeting summaries, action items, and stakeholder updates

— Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs

— Identify blockers early and escalate risks with proposed resolutions

— Develop SOPs and process documentation with AI-assisted drafting





— Liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on scope

— Conduct research and competitive analysis using Claude-assisted workflows

— Manage vendor and contractor communications and deliverable reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

— 1–3 years in a project coordination, operations, or PMO role

— Hands-on experience with Claude AI — able to demonstrate prompt strategies and real use cases

— Proficiency in tools like Notion, Jira, Asana, or equivalent

— Robust written communication and documentation habits

— Experience running agile or hybrid project methodologies

— Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments

— Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize information quickly

— Proven track record coordinating simultaneous projects

NICE TO HAVE

— PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification

— Experience with other AI tools (Notion AI, Copilot, Gemini), Zoho

— Background in SaaS, tech, or consulting environments
