Key Responsibilities:

Risk Strategy Development:

· Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management strategy tailored to the EPC industry.

· Establish and maintain risk management policies, frameworks, and governance structures.

· Align risk management practices with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring the integration of risk
considerations into decision-making processes.

Risk Identification and Assessment:

· Identify and assess potential risks that could impact the company’s operations, including financial, operational, strategic, legal,
environmental, and reputational risks.

· Analyze risks associated with individual EPC projects, including project delays, cost overruns, safety concerns, regulatory compliance,
and environmental impact.

Risk Mitigation and Control:

· Develop and implement mitigation plans to reduce the likelihood or impact of identified risks.

· Advise senior leadership and project teams on risk exposure and recommend proactive measures for risk mitigation.

Project Risk Management:

· Work closely with




SBG/Division with Project managers to identify and manage risks on large-scale EPC projects.

· Oversee the integration of risk management processes into all project phases, from bidding through to project completion.

· Ensure that risks in procurement, construction, and engineering activities are properly managed.

Reporting and Communication:

· Report regularly to the MD & CEO, Chairman, and senior leadership on the company’s risk profile, risk management
activities, and mitigation progress.

· Provide insight into risk trends, issues, and opportunities for improving risk management processes.

· Lead risk review sessions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk priorities.

Team Leadership and Development:

· Lead and mentor the risk management team, promoting a culture of risk awareness across the organization.

Continuously improve the capabilities of the team through training
