Position - Assistant Manager – Marketing

Location - Chennai

Reporting To - Head – Marketing

Key Responsibilities BTL Marketing & Store Promotions

● Plan and execute BTL campaigns across EBO stores to drive customer footfall and sales.

● Organize local marketing activities and community engagement programs.

● Coordinate seasonal promotions, store launches, anniversary events, and special sales campaigns.

● Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships to enhance store visibility.

EBO Store Marketing

● Develop and implement localized marketing plans for individual stores and regions.

● Work closely with store operations teams to execute promotional activities effectively.

● Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

● Ensure consistent brand communication and visibility across all store touchpoints.

● Launching recent stores within the budget & monitor efficacy of the activities.

Brand Activation & Events

● Plan and execute customer engagement events, fashion showcases, and brand-building initiatives.





● Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade events, and local promotional activities.

● Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of marketing events.

Marketing Budget & Vendor Management

● Manage marketing budgets allocated for regional and store-level activities.

● Negotiate with vendors, agencies, printers, and event partners for cost-effective execution.

● Track marketing expenses and ensure optimum ROI on marketing investments.

Reporting & Analysis

● Measure effectiveness of ATL and BTL campaigns through footfall, lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales metrics.

● Prepare periodic marketing reports and campaign performance reviews.

● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend new initiatives.

Key Requirements

● 3-7 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Retail, Fashion, Apparel, FMCG, or Consumer Brands.

● Strong exposure to BT
