you will be a business solutions leader accountable for enabling the extended (“satellite”) recruiting systems that connect to Workday Recruit system, ensuring they work together to deliver reliable, compliant, and user-friendly recruiting capabilities end to end. You will play an in-depth role in shaping and leading solution enablement and continuous improvement across the recruiting digital ecosystem—spanning the joining journey from requisition through offer and onboarding touchpoints that depend on integrated tools and data.
