Position Overview
We are seeking a highly disciplined, trustworthy, and process-driven Systems & Platform Administrator Manager responsible for managing organizational access across multiple software platforms.
This is not a traditional IT support role. Instead, this position serves as the central control point for user credentials, permissions, platform configuration, systems governance, and internal access operations.
The ideal candidate is security-conscious, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing structured access across CRM systems, HR platforms, recruiting tools, financial portals, communication tools, dashboards, and other operational software. This role is critical in maintaining system integrity, data security, operational continuity, and access governance across the organization.
In addition to technical platform administration, we are specifically looking for a candidate with managerial and team leadership experience, capable of handling internal support teams, coordinating operational workflows, and maintaining accountability across departments.





Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, operations support, or platform management
- Proven experience managing access across multiple SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of user permissions, role hierarchies, and admin structures
- Previous managerial or team lead experience with direct team handling responsibilities
- Experience supervising or coordinating support/operations teams
- High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism
- Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
- Robust process management and operational discipline
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with C1-level proficiency
- Ability to manage structured workflows with precision and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in high-growth or multi-entity organizations
- Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, payroll, ATS,
