Position Overview:

The Manager, HR Technology will lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of TraceLink’s Workday footprint.



This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Extend and others.

This role will act as a product owner and Workday subject matter expert (SME), partnering closely with TraceLink’s internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Workday roadmap and configuration strategy across all modules.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes and maximize system capabilities.
- Manage members of the Workday team.
- Lead cross-functional Workday projects including implementations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
