Requirements
Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience Design, HCI, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience or strong academic/portfolio projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for apps, dashboards, and web platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
- Participate in user research,



usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.
- Contribute to experience maps, personas, and information architecture.
- Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Document design decisions and iterate based on feedback and data.

Requirements and Skills
- Basic understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Miro & Notion and design thinking & agile methodologies.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to design thinking and agile workflows.
