The selected candidates will be responsible for driving performance outcomes for assigned client accounts. The role combines performance campaign expertise, strategic planning, and client relationship management to ensure seamless execution and consistent growth across digital channels. This position requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to approach problems with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on client goals, market trends, and platform insights.
- Conduct account audits to identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic improvements.
- Build structured plans for audience segmentation, funnel approach, budget allocation, and campaign direction.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and industry shifts to refine strategies continuously.
- Build data-driven strategies that improve ROAS, CTRs, CPLs, CAC, and overall campaign efficiency.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management




- Work closely with platform execution teams (Google, Meta, marketplaces, etc.) to ensure plans are implemented accurately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions.
- Lead review calls, performance discussions, and strategy presentations.
- Translate client goals into actionable campaign roadmaps and ensure timely execution through internal coordination.
- Validate whether campaign changes, optimisations, and experiments are carried out as per strategy.
- Monitor execution progress and ensure timely implementation as planned.

3. Analysis, Insights & Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics and identify trends, anomalies, and improvement areas.
- Prepare structured reports with insights, next steps, and transparent performance narratives.
- Evaluate the impact of optimisations and share strategic recommendations backed by data.

4. Problem Solving & Logical Thinking
