- Convert customer inquiries into sales and handle payment-related tasks.
- Maintain an Excel sheet to track inquiries, leads, sales, and follow-ups.
- Schedule and organize video calls for customer consultations.
- Share insights about customers.
- Ensure the brand tone and values are consistently reflected in all communications.
