Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead engineering strategy, delivery execution, platform modernization, and people leadership across enterprise technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and large-scale engineering leadership. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, operational ownership,



and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership & Delivery
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple products and platforms.
- Drive execution excellence through clear prioritization, delivery governance, and risk management.
- Ensure high standards across scalability, reliability, performance, and quality.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with business priorities.

Technical Leadership
