What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for a Compliance Manager to join its Compliance Operations team and oversee the day-to-day management and operation of Circle’s Compliance Operations team.

What you'll work on:
- Managing day-to-day customer KYC, onboarding, customer risk rating, and periodic review operations across Circle products and entity types, including maintenance of procedures, playbooks, and operational readiness materials for new launches.
- Managing and developing a team of analysts performing KYC activities, specialized due diligence, investigation support, and sanctions screening across multiple Circle entities and jurisdictions.
- Managing investigation operations workflows, including case triage, transaction analysis support, offboarding referrals, and coordination of information requests tied to regulatory or law enforcement matters.
