Senior Human Resources (HR)

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and
executing all aspects of human resources management, including talent
acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training,
and development. The role involves aligning HR strategies with the
organization’s goals to foster a high-performance culture and ensure
organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop
and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall
business goals.
- Partner
with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession
planning.
- Drive
organizational change management and culture transformation initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee
the recruitment process to attract top talent, including creating job
descriptions, interviewing, and onboarding strategies.
- Develop
and execute employee retention programs and initiatives to minimize
turnover.
- Implement
strategies for employer branding to position the organization as an




employer of choice.

3. Performance Management:
- Design
and manage performance management systems, including goal setting,
appraisals, and feedback processes.
- Provide
coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance issues.
- Develop
strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

4. Employee Relations:
- Serve
as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Handle
employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance
with company policies and labor laws.
- Promote
a positive work setting and organizational culture.

5. Learning and Development:
- Identify
training needs and oversee the design and implementation of development
programs.
- Manage
leadership development initiatives to build future leaders within the
organization.
