The HRP Integration Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting, developing, and delivering TMF Group’s global HRP Integration Service to local, regional, and global clients.
This role plays a critical part in enabling seamless data exchange between TMF systems and client HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP.
The position requires a solid combination of technical integration expertise, client-facing collaboration, solution optimization, and project delivery skills. Acting as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), the role supports onboarding, solution evolution, risk management, and pre‑sales activities while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and well-documented integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Delivery & Client Support
- Provide professional support and technical input into TMF’s Integration Service offering for prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with Client Onboarding teams to ensure best-fit integration solutions aligned with client requirements
- Support the rollout of integrations to new clients, including the introduction of new features and functionali
