ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to own our marketing technology stack, analytics, and data infrastructure. This is a foundational marketing operations role — you will build the processes,



dashboards, and automations that enable our marketing team to scale. You will be the go-to person for HubSpot administration, marketing analytics, lead management, and attribution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, solving data problems, and enabling others to do their best work. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure visibility into what is working and to support data-driven decision-making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HubSpot Administration & Marketing Automation
- Own and administer HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows: lead nurture sequences, scoring models, lifecycle stages
- Create and manage email templates, landing pages, forms, and CTAs
- Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, and suppression lists
- Ensure email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox placement monitoring
