Job Title: Application Lead – SAP ABAP on HANA (Contractual)

Role Overview:
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of applications while acting as the primary point of contact. You will manage a team of developers, ensure smooth project delivery, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive key decisions and provide innovative solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP ABAP on HANA.

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.

Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver project goals.

Make critical decisions and provide technical solutions to the team.

Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key design and development decisions.

Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have:

Expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

Strong experience in S/4 HANA implementation projects.

Hands-on experience in CDS Views, RAP, AMDP, and OData Services.

Experience in the Life Sciences domain (preferred).

Robust problem-solving and solution-designing skills.
Good to Have:

Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Exposure to implementing algorithms like regression, decision trees, and clustering.

Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP on HANA is required.
