Business process analyst responsibilities
include extensive knowledge in end-to-end revenue cycle, Finance and
accounting management, P&L; management, as well as having a clear
understanding of reporting and key success factors and performance
indicators. Business Analysts will be expected to -
· Sound knowledge on conducting business
process analysis, process mapping and documenting SOPs, process flows and sound
knowledge in Visio
· The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
· The ability to work with colleagues and
stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business
requirements
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
to interact with senior-level management regarding documentation and
implementation activities.
· Competence
in documentation, writing reports and making presentations. Prepare business
cases, project charters, Business Requirements (BRD), and use cases
· Identifies
problems/opportunities and common themes along with patterns related to various
issues across multiple processes and work with process excellence team to
reimagine the complete process from an end-to-end perspective
· Leverage
previous experience across multiple processes to deconstruct and identify
different factors contributing to the issues and provide solutions to
outstanding problems
· Capture
TMS to calculate FTE benefits and to reduce additional steps in the process,
identify opportunity and recommend for semi or complete automation or macro to
the client for deployment.
· Strong
on Governance with client on understanding the requirements and publish the
minutes, appropriate reports and summary on the project assigned.
· Capture
time and motion study (TMS) to calculate FTE advantages and to reduce additional
steps in the process, work with PEX Manager to identify and recommend
opportunities for improvement
