About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on industrial buildings and diverse project types, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm.
- Professional licensure as a Registered Architect with COA.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects of varying scale and complexity, with a strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and innovation.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit.
- Solid understanding of building codes and norms, regulations, and standards applicable to industrial buildings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail,



with a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.
