Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reception, storage, dispatch and daily management of the stock of products marketed by the company.
- Ensure the conformity of products received and delivered.
- Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers, inventory.
- Performing stock-related tasks such as returning, packaging, labelling, etc
- Inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damage.
- Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
- Generating required material code in the SAP system
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Coordinating and handling freight and equipment movement.
- Ensuring organized allocation of inventory placed in the store.
- Managing and training store staff.
- Resolving any dispute if arises
- Generating required reports
