Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience
with a focus on CRM systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with CRM platforms
such as Salesforce or Lead squared Project management experience is a
