Requirement Details:

Qualification: MS / DGO / DNB (Gynecology)

Experience: Should have worked in an IVF hospital/center

Skills: In-depth knowledge of all IVF-related procedures and reproductive medicine

Location: Gorakhpur (U.P.)

Salary: Up to ₹3,00,000 per month (Negotiable, depending on experience)

Clinical Work / Procedures Expected:

The candidate should be proficient in managing all aspects of fertility treatment, including but not limited to:

Patient Evaluation & Counseling: Assessing infertility causes in couples, discussing treatment options, and guiding them through the IVF journey.

Ovulation Induction & Monitoring: Prescribing and monitoring hormonal stimulation protocols to optimize egg retrieval outcomes.

Oocyte Retrieval & Handling: Performing egg retrieval procedures with precision, ensuring minimal discomfort and optimal outcomes.

Embryo Transfer & Cryopreservation: Conducting embryo transfer, managing embryo freezing, and thawing procedures.

ICSI & Advanced ART Techniques: Expertise in intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI),



assisted hatching, embryo biopsy, and related advanced reproductive technologies.

Management of Complications: Early recognition and management of IVF-related complications such as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS), ectopic pregnancy, and multiple pregnancy risks.

Follow-up Care: Overseeing post-procedure monitoring, pregnancy confirmation, and early prenatal care.

Collaboration with Laboratory Team: Coordinating with embryologists and lab staff to ensure high-quality IVF outcomes.

Clinical Documentation & Protocols: Maintaining accurate records, adhering to SOPs, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
