1. Line clearance
-Verify the Job order for correct resin, MB grade, Packing qty, Product code & Customer name etc.
-Verify area line clearance effectiveness and decision making which includes the following :
-Verify the machine & surrounding area and ensure that it should be free from dust/dirt, oil, grease, loose nut bolts and tools to adhere to FSMS requirements.
-Ensure the removal of previous run documents, samples, RM, MB & RG from machine area.
-Verify and ensure that error proofing on machine (as applicable) are in working condition.
-Performing visual and functional tests on line clearance samples. Realtime documentation of test results and on time decision communication
-Provide line clearance reference sample/first shot approval duly signed to the machine operator
2. Finished Goods Inspection, Testing and Decision making
-Visual inspection and testing of products as per approved sampling plan and decision making in line with applicable AQLs. Results documented in relevant forms
-Identification of non-conforming products, blocking in Alpla prod, NCP tracker update
-Rework monitoring, sampling, inspection, decision making and documentation of results
-Perform functional testing’s as per applicable frequency, decision making and documentation of results.
3. Finished Goods Inspection, Testing and Decision making
-Dimension inspection of products as per approved sampling plan and decision making in line with applicable AQLs. Results documented in relevant forms
4. Monitoring and Measuring equipment Management
-Performing internal calibration of laboratory equipment as per required schedule
Qualifications / Experience:
2-4 years of relevant work experience
Diploma in Plastic Technology from CIPET only.
Experience in plastics background are preferred
Valuable communication skills with reasonable proficiency in English speaking & writing
