Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations Management • Own and manage end-to-end sales operations across LFR, Retail, and E-commerce channels. Job Description Template 2011 HayGroup Annexure I : ABG Job Description Template • Ensure smooth order processing, inventory availability, replenishment, and fulfillment. • Develop and standardize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times. • Monitor business KPIs and drive corrective actions where required. 2. Demand Planning & Inventory Management • Work closely with merchandising and supply chain teams to forecast demand and maintain optimum inventory levels. • Monitor stock availability across stores, marketplaces, and warehouses. • Identify potential stock-outs, overstock situations, and liquidation opportunities. • Drive inventory accuracy and improve stock turns. 3. Business Analytics & Reporting • Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboards. • Analyze sales trends, channel performance, inventory health, and customer demand patterns.



• Provide actionable insights to leadership for business decision-making. • Track achievement against budgets, targets, and operational KPIs. 4. Retail & LFR Operations • Monitor store and LFR performance through sales reports and operational metrics. • Ensure timely replenishment and inventory availability. • Coordinate with store teams for promotions, stock transfers, and seasonal launches. • Support recent store openings and expansion initiatives. 5. Process Improvement & Compliance • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. • Implement SOPs and best practices across channels. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. • Manage operational risks and proactively resolve issues.
