Requirements:
- MBBS degree with postgraduate training in Medicine or equivalent clinical qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
- Proven proficiency in managing acute medical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Robust knowledge of ICU protocols, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and mechanical ventilation.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or relevant regulatory body).
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation tools.
