- Lane, Itinerary, Rate offering, Rate record, commitment setup in OTM
- Contacts, Service provider, location setup in OTM
- Configuration of External planning engine
- Complete hold on OTM planning process and good understanding of planning parameters
- Valuable understanding in OTM Invoicing Process
- Proficient at planning, strategy, risk mitigation, execution, and delivery.
- Large OTM Implementation experience with Oracle EBS/SAP interface/footprint
- Master data setup in OTM
- BI Reports development and enhancements and issue fixing
- Macro development and enhancements and issue fixing
- Expertise in quick understanding of OTM logs
- Experience with client facing consulting engagements




- Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)
- Strong analytical ability, including the capacity to assess project requirements and develop effective Functional Designs to meet business requirements
- Superior organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and to establish and manage own work schedule / weekly activity
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple geographies
- Proven ability to delegate tasks, set up appropriate monitoring, and control mechanisms
- Proven ability to build effective and profitable working relationships internally and externally
- Results driven, able to motivate diverse teams to achieve quality results
- Functional knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and Oracle EBS/SAP is absolutely essential.
