We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect with 12+ years of IT experience, including extensive expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, solution design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in designing scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Custom Applications
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions using Salesforce best practices
- Guide development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring code and design quality
- Define data models, integration patterns, and governance standards for Salesforce solutions
- Design integration architecture using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL platforms
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Salesforce developers and admins
- Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange solutions
- Perform code reviews,
ensure DevOps CI/CD processes are followed
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills:
- Minimum 12 years of IT experience with 7+ years on Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and limits
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security model, data sharing rules, and governance
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce DX, API Management, and Testing strategies
