The Product Analyst – Service Management Tool (SMT) is responsible for supporting the development and continuous improvement of TMF Group’s internal SMT platform.
This role bridges product, data, and business operations,
ensuring:
- Accurate service scoping
- Strong governance
- Productive commercial execution
The analyst works closely with multiple global stakeholders to ensure the tool remains reliable, user-friendly, and a single source of truth for service and catalogue data.

1. Product & Requirements Analysis
- Gather and analyse business and technical requirements
- Convert requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation using insights
2. Service Scope & Data Analysis
- Analyse service scope data and country-specific variations
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas
- Ensure SMT maintains accurate and high-quality catalogue data
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a link between business teams and product/technology teams
