Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to join our growing team. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading design initiatives, developing architectural concepts, overseeing the execution of complex projects, and mentoring junior team members. This role demands a deep understanding of architecture, design principles, and project management. Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Lead the development of architectural concepts for projects of various scales and complexities, ensuring that designs meet client objectives, budget constraints, and timeline requirements.
Project Management: Oversee all stages of the design process, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction administration. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Interaction:



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and other consultants, to ensure cohesive and efficient project delivery.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff. Foster an setting of continuous learning and development within the team.
Code Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, reports, and other necessary documentation for project approval and construction.
