ABOUT GROUPSOFT

Groupsoft is a global consulting and technology services company specializing in SAP solutions for Retail, Fashion, and Consumer Goods enterprises. It has presence in the US, Canada, India, and Singapore.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an HR professional with around 5 years of experience to manage core HR operations and support people processes across India and North America. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR administration, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives -- ensuring a smooth, people-first HR experience aligned with Groupsoft’s global values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HR Operations

• Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.

• Coordinate with Finance for monthly payroll processing, including reimbursements and support for statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.





• Oversee onboarding and exit processes for employees.

2. Performance Management

• Support the annual appraisal and performance review cycles, ensuring timelines and communication are maintained.

• Coordinate processes for promotions, increments, and recognition awards.

• Track and support training and upskilling programs based on performance outcomes and leadership direction.

3. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement events, including festivals, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive culture and communication initiatives that promote a positive work environment.

4. Global Coordination

• Liaise with the US HR and leadership team on cross-region HR processes such as policy alignment, resource movements, and perks coordination for North America employees.
