Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in full-stack
architecture and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the
design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively
contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience.
with .NET Core and React.js, a solid
understanding of cloud-native architecture,
and working experience with Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Skills

· 6-10 years of overall software development
experience.

· Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development.

· Solid experience with React.js,
JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

· Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices,
and distributed systems.

· Hands-on working experience with Azure
DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).

· Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL
databases.

· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum
methodologies, and delivery best practices.





· Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and
technical decision-making skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

· Experience with Azure services (App
Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins).

· Knowledge of CI/CD best practices,
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

· Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or
product-driven environments.

· Familiarity with performance optimization,
security, and scalability for large platforms.
