Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission cleaning machines and electric vehicles (EVs) at customer locations.
- Perform warranty services, preventive maintenance, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities.
- Diagnose and resolve service complaints and breakdowns within the defined turnaround time.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal machine performance and uptime.
- Maintain accurate service reports, job cards, and customer service records.
- Coordinate with customers to provide timely technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company safety standards, service procedures, and quality guidelines during all service activities.
