Key
Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT skills training for students aiming
for product-based companies.
- Design and deliver specialized training
programs for placements in companies like Google, Amazon, Arcesium, and
Code Nation.
- Create, update, and manage learning content
and course material in the following domains:
- Software Engineering, OOPS using Java
- Project-based learning in Java and Full Stack
Development
- DBMS & ADBMS
- Advanced Programming & Data Structures
and Algorithms (DSA)
- Mentor and guide students to achieve
industry-level competence.
Requirements
Educational
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
Experience
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience
as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in IT domains.
Technical
Skills:
- Robust proficiency in:
- Spring Boot, SQL, Java-based development
- Algorithms, Full Stack development
- React/Angular
- DBMS, ADBMS, DSA, and Advanced Programming
- Ability to deliver project-based learning and
advanced software development concepts effectively.
