Job Title: Program/Transformation manager

Transformation Manager Job Summary: The Transformation Manager is responsible for overseeing all key projects within the organization, ensuring that they align with company goals and deliver value. This role involves working with project leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional business teams to define program objectives, create schedules, monitor progress, manage risks, remediate and intervene on the delay and ensure successful completion within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Planning and Strategy

• Define the program’s scope, objectives, and outcomes in alignment with company goals.

• Work with stakeholders to develop a transparent and achievable roadmap.

• Coordinate resource allocation and manage program budgets.

2. Project Coordination

• Oversee and support project managers on each project within the program, ensuring alignment with program goals.

• Facilitate communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach.

• Regularly monitor project progress, risks, and milestones,



implementing corrective actions when needed.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, deliver updates, and gather feedback.

• Serve as a point of escalation for issues and challenges.

• Communicate program goals, status updates, and key results to senior leadership.

4. Risk Management

• Identify potential risks across the program, developing strategies to mitigate or manage them.

• Monitor program risks continuously, making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays and ensure quality.

5. Quality Assurance

• Ensure each project within the program meets quality standards.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits, ensuring deliverables align with company and program standards.
