Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Head to oversee the entire IT functions at Gentell. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, software architecture, and cloud platforms. As the IT Head, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, security, and scalability of our IT systems, driving technological innovation, and leading a talented team of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the overall IT strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to the IT department, ensuring that technology initiatives support business growth and innovation.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, ensuring high availability and reliability.
