About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Alliance Manager to drive the company's global business expansion through strategic partnerships and international business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pre-Sales, Business Development, International Sales, or Channel Partnerships. The role involves identifying and engaging potential Business Associates, conducting product demonstrations, building strategic relationships, and expanding the company's global partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective Business Associates, Channel Partners, Resellers, and Strategic Alliances across international markets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target regions.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and other business networking platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective business partners.




• Conduct outbound calls to prospective Business Associates and strategic partners.
• Schedule and lead virtual meetings, discovery sessions, and product demonstrations with prospective partners.
• Present the company's products, solutions, partnership model, and value proposition to potential Business Associates.
• Explain commercial models, pricing, business opportunities, and revenue-sharing programs.
• Negotiate partnership terms and successfully onboard current Business Associates.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international partners to drive sustainable business growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and enablement.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development, partner acquisition, and revenue targets.
