Area of responsibilities :
- Advice on risk issues in strategic decision making
- Create a culture risk awareness within group of companies
- Risk management policies are directly reflected in the organization’s strategic plans
- Keep management appraised of industry standards
- Ensure lines of business have risk capacity and Risk Assessment and action plan
- Develop risk related plans and formulate strategies to minimise and mitigate risks and also monitoring the progress of the project
- Develop, Maintain and update risk governance Framework, Risk policies , Risk limits
- Conducts regular risk assessments either through a team of risk management experts or personally on site
- Manages and prepares all documentation related to risk assessments and reviews of standard
operating procedure
