Hiring: Package Consultant – Sales & Service (Avature) | IBM Project
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8+ Years
We are looking for experienced Package Consultants with robust expertise in Avature configuration and implementation to join a high-impact IBM project.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Avature modules based on business requirements
Perform unit testing and support defect fixing across testing cycles
Manage deployments and movement between environments/instances
Support cutover activities and Go-Live execution
Provide Hypercare support post implementation
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills:
â 8+ years of IT experience
â Hands-on experience in Avature configuration and administration
â Strong experience in testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
â Experience supporting Go-Live and Hypercare phases
â Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Important Notes:
• Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face interviews at IBM location if requested.
• Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory.
